From our 4-axis lathes with live tooling to our swiss-style screw machine, NMP has the capability to produce parts that would by conventional machine practices require multiple lathe and mill operations, often in one or two operations.
Our Water Jet machines have the ability to produce parts well within standard machine tool tolerance without creating a heat affected zone.
We can cut material, as needed, with our Hyd-Mech saws. Our operation utilizes three saws: Hyd-Mech H-12, H-14 and a Hyd-Mech S-20A.
